Register

If you've already registered at Alicea's Photo Gallery all you have to do is log in to access your account information. Otherwise, you can register quickly from the registration link on the homepage by filling in your name, email address and a few other pieces of information. A red bar to the left of each field on the registration form denotes all required fields. Any field without a red bar is optional, and therefore not required for registration.

Note: Usernames and passwords must be at least 6 and no more than 40 characters. They can be letters or numbers, or a combination of both. Spaces cannot be used in your username or password. Password require at least one non-alphanumeric characters.

Once you register, you cannot change your username without completely re-registering.

You will need to remember your password for purchasing -- please store it in a secure place. Your password is linked to your personal information, so please don't share it with anyone.

It takes just a few moments to register.  Follow these easy steps:

• Step 1: Enter your email address, create a username and click.
• Step 2: Create a password and choose a username-retrieval question (in case you forget your username). Enter your personal information in the remaining fields on the page.
• Step 3: When finished, click 'Register' to begin enjoying the benefits of our site.

Note: If either the username or password you entered is already in use, you will be prompted to re-enter this information prior to registering with our site.

Benefits of registration

Alicea's Photo Gallery offers many benefits to registered users. After registering, you can take advantage of features such as:

• Lightboxes, which help you organize, store and share information about images.

You will also have access to additional features such as:

• View and download image
• Purchase and download images
• Submit image request forms.

Note: Non-registered users can still browse and search for images, but do not have access to the features and benefits associated with registration.

Previous Purchases

Alicea's Photo Gallery automatically archives all your purchases and copies of your previous sales orders. On the Previous Purchases page, you can view and download previously purchased images, or view and print past sales orders.

To download images from previous purchases, please contact us.

My Lightboxes

Lightboxes allow you to collect, annotate and share sets of images in an online personalized collection. You can rename your Lightboxes, add notes to individual images, email Lightboxes or access other people's Lightboxes.

Forgot your password

If you've forgotten your password, click 'Forgot your password?' on the sign-in page to go to a screen where you'll be asked to provide your username and email address.

After submitting the form, you'll receive an email containing your password.

Note: The email address you enter on this page must be the same as the one used when you initially registered. If you've forgotten which email address you have on file with us, please contact us at Alicea's Photo Gallery.

After submitting the form, you'll be prompted to answer your chosen username-retrieval question, after which you can enter your password to complete the sign-in process.

About cookies

When you visit aliceasphotos.com, we place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser directory of your computer's hard drive. The cookie enables the site to recognize the personal information you have consented to provide aliceasphotos.com. As a result, we are able to identify registered users when they return to aliceasphotos.com so that they can retrieve and access Lightboxes with ease. You will only be asked to sign in again when you access areas -- such as making an order -- that require personal information, like billing, shipping or credit card.

To function correctly, the aliceasphotos.com search engine relies on user session information stored on the server. This storage of the session information requires all client browsers to accept cookies.

Cookies are harmless -- they are merely small strings of text, nothing more. The cookies used by aliceasphotos.com contain the following: your user ID and your session key. If you have any questions, please contact us for more information.

Email Referrals

If you choose to use our email referral services to tell a friend about our products or services (including images in your Lightbox, promotional campaigns, new websites, job postings, etc.), we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will use that information to send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site and review the product or service you have selected. We may use a third-party provider to administer this function, but any such third-party provider may only use the information submitted to facilitate this one-time email. Neither Alicea's Photo Gallery nor any third-party provider stores this information after the email is sent.
